3-Day Notice of Cancellation Rights (summary)

If you were solicited by a salesperson (in your home or another location that is not our regular place of business), you have the right to cancel this transaction, without penalty or obligation, within 3 business days after signing.

To cancel, mail or deliver a signed and dated copy of the Notice of Cancellation, or any other written notice of your intent to cancel, to Climate Capital Leasing at [PLACEHOLDER — MAILING ADDRESS] no later than midnight of the third business day after signing. You will receive a full refund of any amount paid.

The full Notice of Cancellation, in the form required by Massachusetts law, is delivered to you at the time of signing.

Consumer Leasing Act Notice

Before you sign an Equipment Lease Agreement with CCL, you will receive the federally required Consumer Leasing Act disclosures, including: total of payments, monthly payment amount, term length, other charges, warranties, and end-of-term options. Review them carefully.
