What do I owe before installation?
Nothing. $0 is due before install. After the system is running, you pay first + final month (2× your monthly payment). Then it's fixed monthly payments until the end of your term.
Can my payment go up?
No. Payments are fixed for the entire term — 3, 5, or 8 years.
Do I own the system at the end?
You choose: buy it for the buyout price ($2,500 / $2,000 / $1,500 by term), renew, or we remove it for $1,500.
Does this put a lien on my home?
No. We file an equipment-only UCC-1 on the mini-split hardware. It's not a mortgage lien and doesn't affect your home title.
